How to get to the Thai Cochrane Network


Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University is home to The Thai Cochrane Network.  There are mini buses (No.8 with a blue color and No.4 with a green color) or Tuk Tuk available from Khon Kaen city ahead to the campus that pass the Faculty of Medicine.


How to travel from Bangkok to Khon Kaen

  • By plane
    There are 3 flights per day to and from Bangkok's Donmuang Airport (Domestic). The hotel shuttle buses are available by all major hotels from Khon Kaen Airport to hotels and the limousine service from the airport to Khon Kaen University and the city.   • By train
    There are 4 trains per day to and from Bangkok's Hua Lumpong Railway Station. Overnight trains are comfortable with sleeper berths. Once you arrive in Khon Kaen you can then take a mini bus or Tuk Tuk from the Railway Station to Khon Kaen University or into the city.   • By bus
    Air conditioned buses run every hour from Bangkok. It takes about six or seven hours. They are faster than the train. Again upon arrival into Khon Kaen you can take a mini bus (Song Taew)  or Tuk Tuk from the bus station to Khon Kaen University or into the city.  For more information, please visit http://www.nca.co.th .
  • By car
    The road from Bangkok to Khon Kaen is quite good and stretches about 450 km. However, as a speed limit in Thailand, it shall take you about 6 hours to drive.
